Stephanie provides freelance intimacy direction and choreography in all areas of the performing arts and at any level of practice: K-12, college/university, community, and professional performance art.

Van Huss’s direction is trauma-informed and rooted in the pursuit of safety, transparency, and empathy. All of her policies and practices come from curricula development by the New Jersey Center for Theatrical Intimacy and their coalition of experts who specialize in theater, dance, embodiment, trauma counseling & recovery, and education for all ages.
